    Joe + Clara (Reformer)

    This Reformer foundation class guides you through the Pilates repertoire at an intentional pace, layering in props to enhance strength, precision, and control.

    Sazón Pilates (Español)

    Sazón Cardio Sculpt: a high-energy, low-impact Pilates workout featuring 25 minutes of jump board intervals paired with beginner-to-intermediate sculpting sequences. This class elevates the heart rate while strengthening the core, legs, and glutes, all while honoring classic Pilates principles. Suitable for all levels.
